Let's get odd!!
It's 2018, a year of change, innovation and awakening, yet there is still stigma and taboo around the subject of Mental Health.
We are seeing more and more high profile figures stepping forward to openly speak about mental health and their personal struggles, which is great, but it needs to become a more approachable subject among the masses, where awareness fluctuates through each demographic.
I'm making a difference by fundraising to stomp out the stigma around mental health! Please support my efforts by making a donation and by posting a message of support.
Donations made through this platform are secure and will be remitted directly through to Grow Australia, my charity of choice.
Remember to wear crazy odd socks on October 5th and post a photo on social media with the hashtags #stompoutstigma and #oddsocksday and let's really get the whole country being more open about mental health.
